Just follow these easy steps:

1. Create your type of diet

  • Specify the top calories you want to have in your diet.
  • Select how many of each type of ingredient you want to have per day.

 

 

2. Add your ingredients

  • Add to your list ingredients with the serving sizes and calories you normally use.
  • When you are creating an ingredient you assign it to a type of ingredient: Starches, Meats, Milks, Fruits, Vegetables, Fats. Later the app will use this information to show if you are using the type of ingredient properly.

3. Create your day menu

  • Add as many ingredients per meal that you are planning to use.
  • See the indicators that Dietplanner are showing you and make the neccessary modifications to your diet menu.
